Shipping & Delivery Policy

We try to deliver the goods to the recipient according to the delivery option of the item selected by the user when placing the order. The delivery time may differ depending on where you want the package delivered. We provide Standard Time Delivery to consumers based on their convenience and needs. There is a small fee for choosing a specific delivery time, which is disclosed on the website. Nipponflorist.jp is required to deliver your item at the specified time under Standard Time Delivery, but this obligation is always subject to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, such as unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters caused by bad weather, political unrest, strikes, war, lockdown, or other unforeseen events. Flowers can be delivered in a variety of blooming stages, including fully, half, or bud. Because cakes are naturally perishable, we will only attempt to deliver your order once. No other address will permit a delivery redirect. We suggest placing your order at least five days before a festival or other important event.

 

Deliveries provided by courier are not permitted in addition to hand-delivered packages. Those could reach the recipient over the course of two different days or times. You acknowledge that there is no legal requirement for the selected delivery date. The expected delivery time will depend on how quickly the product is available and where you want it sent.

 

Delivery may take longer due to certain circumstances:

  1. Unfavourable weather
  2. Political and social upheaval
  3. Unexpected occurrences not previously mentioned

If the delivery is unsuccessful during the attempt, you will still be charged for the order, and a second delivery attempt will not be possible. We will consider the order that was carried out under the following circumstances: Incorrect shipment or delivery address: the recipient's premises are secured and inaccessible or if the recipient declines the delivery.

 

If the intended recipient is not there, he or she may ask the delivery person to leave the package at the gate, reception, or with a neighbour. If there is any doubt regarding delivery, proof of delivery will be supplied. Hand delivery is made on Sundays and significant holidays. If no one is available to accept your order when it is delivered to the shipping address, it won't be regarded as being late. Therefore, under these conditions, no refunds, cancellations, or obligations may be given. We will surely try our best, as it is indicated below.
